Ponystars was shut down several years ago.  Eight, I think.  Everything that was there was deleted at that time.  While the two games were related, they were not the same game, so accounts were not transferable between the two.  The option to migrate an account was for changing Pony Valley accounts from version one to version two.  Even that was six years ago and the migrate option stopped working a few years ago.
