Following her sister, Planet Neptune too arrived in the Valley, but an error occured during his incarnation, and he finished in the middle of Sagara.
The many local tribes of Sagara believe that Planet Neptune is their Acquatic God, and they start to veneret him, but it's a mistake.

Hesitant, Planet Neptune knows that every second is important to find her little sister...she will not permit that this civil war goes on, because she is the cause of it.
